From the moment I spoke to the staff at the Law Office of Dennis R. Vetrano Jr. in Beacon, NY, to today (4-5 years later), I have always felt like a member of a caring, understanding, and compassionate family.
I needed representation a handful of years ago, and Kristen Farris was assigned to my case. She took on my case and me as if I was her own flesh and blood needing help. The levels of experience and ability to understand my situation and the involved parties have exceeded my expectations. I have to say, that although I probably had the most unique case she has ever taken on, she took the bull by its horns and was able to settle my case the best way possible, given the circumstances. The way the court order was written up was given so much thought and foresight by Kristen, that to this day, years after the order was set in stone, it is still successful.
I have recently been presented with a possible modification to this order. Knowing how sensitive my case is, I reached out to Kristen. Again, years later, I was greeted with a warm hello on the phone. When I walked in, it was like walking into the home of a loving and caring family - again. The way everyone was laughing and speaking to each other, the level of respect towards each other and the clients/potential clients who walked through the door that came from everyone, including the owner Dennis, and how Kristen welcomed me back with open arms as if she was seeing a long lost best friend, made me feel like I have the best of the best again. There was a huge sense of relief that came over me, because I knew I would be given excellent advice and guidance - again. Kristen listened to what I had to say about my current situation as if I was the only person she was representing. I left feeling empowered and fearless.
