EDUCATION & LEGAL CAREER
Ms. Bianchi Passarella earned her Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College and completed her law degree at St. John’s University, where she honed the writing and advocacy skills that have been integral to her career. Kerri worked as a solo practitioner specializing in divorce and family law in Nassau County, New York before she relocated to the Raleigh area in North Carolina. There she became a certified mediator and successfully handled over two thousand cases in many practice areas. She continued her legal career remotely by litigating special education matters for the NYC Department of Education before joining the team at the Law Office of Dennis R. Vetrano, Jr., LLC.
Throughout her career, Kerri has focused primarily on family and matrimonial law. She has represented clients in all phases of matrimonial and family court actions. She has advocated for hundreds of children involved in Family and Supreme Court proceedings, addressing issues like neglect, termination of parental rights, juvenile delinquency and PINS (Person in Need of Supervision) cases. Her experience includes education law and advocating for children with special needs.
Kerri is a persuasive litigator who also has extensive experience in case assessment and peaceful resolution through mediation. She passionately supports diverse client interests, working diligently to analyze case merits and propel positive resolutions to complex matters.
